The Caballeros all loved Dave (Many Skins, Many Wolves, Many Greenies) and he will be sorely missed. Dave was an inspiration to us all. He was absolutely the toughest individual I have ever known. He suffered much pain over the last few years and handled it extremely well. Actually, he kicked pain's butt. Pain did not have a chance with Dave's determination. Hit 'em straight Dave, just like always. Get us a tee time, we will all join you soon and in the meantime, I heard the Lord could use a lesson or two.
