Obituary for Phyllis Joyce Fitzer (Dugan)
Phyllis Joyce Fitzer, 72, of Van Buren passed away at home, Friday, December 8, 2017.
She was retired from Crawford Health and Rehab in Van Buren.
Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren there will be no formal service at this time.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Fitzer of the home; a step-daughter, Ann Etmus of Texas; a sister, Barbara Porter of Bentonville; and Mother-in-Law, Clarice Fitzer of Van Buren, Arkansas.
