Susan Lorraine Moore, 53, of Lavaca, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born on April 10, 1064 in Kittery, Maine to Terry Ballance and Sherry (Carpenter) Ballance Johnson. She had a successful childcare business in her home. Susan was preceded in death by her mother Sherry Johnson, her grandmother, Anna Belle Carpenter and her grandfathers, A.C (PaPa) Carpenter and I.B. Ballance. She was of the Christian faith.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son, Matthew Lindsey of Barling, Arkansas; her special companion and care giver, Bobby Hale of Lavaca, AR; her father and step mother, Terry and Vivian Ballance of Colorado; her grandmother, Veda Ballance of Lavaca, AR and her sister Lisa Ballance Randall and her husband James of Las Vegas, NV.
