Faye Inez Parr, 89 of Fort Smith passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 in a local nursing home. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar O. Parr; both her parents, Ben and Lily (Byers) Telaar; one sister, Margaret Keller; three brothers, William, Doyle and Leon Telaar; one daughter-in-law, Joyce Parr; one grandson, Stuart Parr and one great grandson, Paul Parr II.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 17, 2017 at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by three sons, John David Parr of Fort Smith, Edgar Glenn Parr and wife, Diane of Tallahassee, Florida, Arthur Ben “Skip” Parr and wife, Tamara of Marshfield, Missouri; six grandchildren, seven great -grandchildren and one great- great- granddaughter.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, April 16, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren, Arkansas.
