I am so sad to hear of Doug's passing. I learned a lot from Doug when I worked with him at Rebsamen/Regions Insurance. He was a brilliant insurance man and always happy to share his knowledge and insights with those of us who were not as experienced as he was. He had a great story (and letter) about one of the first claims he worked at Fireman's Fund (during a fire a stuffed bear at a museum had been damaged). I'm sure his family remembers the story, it was a good one. Doug was a true gentleman and always kind to everyone. God speed Doug.
