Catherine "Cathy" Nelson, 54, of Alma, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a customer service representative for Brinks Home Security; and of the Jehovah Witness Faith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Louise (Taylor) Christy.

She is survived by her husband John Nelson of the home; three daughters, Heather Rogers of Pennsylvania, Hilary Jakusz of Carroll, Texas, Hailey Jakusz of Little Elm, Texas; one son, Jared Jakusz of Alma; her father and step mother, Bill and June Christy of New Mexico; two sisters, Linda Christy Baird of New Mexico, Jeanette Christy Miller of Alabama; two brothers, Robert Christy of New Mexico, Bill Christy of Arizona.
