Holt Jackson Cameron, 71, of Mulberry passed away at a local hospital Saturday, September 1, 2018. He was a press operator at Whirlpool Refrigeration in Fort Smith. He was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Van Buren, and a lifelong resident of this area. He was preceded in death by his parents Edwin Cameron and Mearl (Qualls) Kelly ; and three brothers.


Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife, Mavis Jean Cameron of the home; two daughters Joyce Copher of Alma, and Mavis “Peewee” Domer of Mulberry; a son Holt Cameron II of Tacoma, Washington; a sister Marilyn Breedlove of Van Buren; two brothers Frank Cameron of St. Ysabel, California and Glen Kelly of Rudy, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; and a boat load of Nieces and Nephews.
