Sharon Brents, 55 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Glory of Zion Church in Denton, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Alan Brents of the home; two daughters Valerie Lyons and husband Tobias of Denton, Texas and Heather Bentley and husband Derek of Carrolton, Texas; one son Austin Brents of Denton, Texas; her parents Connie and David Waddell of Kingston, Oklahoma; one sister Donna Barnard and husband Chris of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two brothers David Waddell and wife Carol of Rockwall, Texas and Steve Waddell and wife Cindy of Burkburnett, Texas; three grandsons Caedmon, Kai and Callan.

A family held celebration of Sharon’s life will be held 2PM, Friday August 31, 2018 at Grandview Assembly of God Church in Natural Dam. All arrangements and cremation were under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
