Mildred “MiMi” Amos, 95, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away with family at her side on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in a local hospital. She was born on July 21, 1923 to William A. and Mattie Marie (Cravey) McBride in Strawn, Texas. She was a homemaker, a former member of the Midland Bowling League and attended Rye Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd Finn and Charlie Amos.
Funeral services are 10:00AM, Monday, August 13, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
She is survived by her son Jerry Finn and his wife Dixie of Fort Smith, AR; her special daughter Edith Finn of Fort Smith, AR; six grandchildren, Brian Finn of Lakeland, FL, Jerlynn Heiss and her husband Mike of Fort Smith, AR, Jason Finn of Greenwood, AR, Lyndie Martin and her husband Sean of Muldrow, OK, Mike Crowell and his wife Carrie of Olive Branch, MS and Kathy Whittington and her husband Cale of Scottsdale, AZ; 15 great grandchildren, Jason and Brandon Heiss, Cody and Justin Finn, Riley, Alivia and Peyton Martin, Matt and Cortney Crowell, Amelia, Lannah Kate and Marshall Whittington, Bree Henricks and Lexi and Mallory Finn.
The family will visit with friends from 2-4PM on Sunday, August 12th at the funeral home.
