Gary C. Floyd, 59, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 in an Oklahoma City Hospital. He was born on September 15, 1958 to Charles and Bettye (White) Floyd. He was a retired salesman for different food companies but retired from US Foods. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jerry Floyd.
Funeral services will be 10:00AM, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow in Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Lavaca, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife Tina of the home, two sons, Corey Grist of Fayetteville, AR; two step sons, Brent Grist and his wife Amanda of Fort Smith, AR and Phillip Grist of Van Buren, AR; his mother, Bettye Satterfield of Fort Smith, AR and a niece Paige Floyd of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pallbearers are Corey and Phillip Grist, Ted Cserna, Jake Neel, Cody Waits and Ben Bracken.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Friday at the funeral home.
