Susan Marie Alger, 63, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 15, 2017 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Faith. She fought a long hard battle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Pratt and Janice (Schilling) Pratt; and a son, Edward Alger, Jr

Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas. There will be no formal service at this time.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Alger of the home; two daughters, Amy Zickgraf and Charity Hardin of Van Buren; two sons, Germyn Alger and Daniel Alger of Jamestown, New York; three brothers, Charles Pratt of Jamestown, New York, Donald Pratt of Lakewood, New York and Ronald Pratt of Randolph New York; 20 Grandchildren; and 7 great-children.
