Robert Alvin Austin, 93, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 in his home. He was a retired construction worker and of the Assembly of God Faith. He was born March 19, 1924 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Robert and Ethel (Harger) Austin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola (Adams) Austin; one daughter, Stella Sue Stoker; two sisters, Ethel Orval and Mary McDate and one brother, Carl Austin.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include two daughters, Juanita Catherine Lynne Edgar and husband Bobby of Mulberry, AR and Lular Ethel Ann Odgen and husband Johnnie of Durant, OK; three sons, Robert “Butch” Austin and wife Brenda of Clearlake, CA, Tex Austin of Santa Rosa, CA and Charles Allen of AR; 16 Grandchildren, 40 Great Grandchildren and numerous Great Great Grandchildren.
