Phornsavanh Anna Howard, 29, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away in Fort Smith on Friday, September 22, 2017. She was born in Fort Smith on September 28, 1987. She was a Quality Control Consultant at OK Foods and attended New Hope Church in Van Buren, AR.

Funeral services will be held 10:00AM, Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Oak Cemetery.

A prayer service and visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 3:00PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband Randy, a daughter Kailei Howard and a son, Owen Howard all of the home; her parents, Chine Chankhamany and Sisavath Lavivanh both of California; five sisters, Souphi Vongphachanh of Fort Smith, AR. Aileen Inthavong of Indiana, Anna Ortega, Vipha Yang and Linda Vongphachanh all of California; three brothers, Andy Lavivanh of California and John and Alex Vongphachanh both of California.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
