Beverly Alice Watts, 79, of Van Buren passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 in a local hospital. She was homemaker and a retired teacher from City Heights and Parkview Elementary Schools in Van Buren; She was a graduate of Helena High School and the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon R. Wesson and Alice (Morgan) Wesson.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Stephens Cemetery in Stephens, Arkansas under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

She is survived by two daughters Leslie Watts of Springdale and Suzanne Martin of Van Buren; a son Charles Watts of Gilbert, Arizona; two brothers, Ralph Wesson of Helena, Arkansas and Ronald Watts of Van Buren; and five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren, Arkansas.
