Danny Joe Kilgore, 61, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in a local hospital. He was born on August 5, 1956 in Spiro, Oklahoma to George and Levada (Williams) Kilgore. Danny was a former employee of Baldor Electric and of the Christian Faith.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas. A private burial will be held at Liberty Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends following the service.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years Tammie of the home; a son, Danny Kilgore; a daughter, Brandy Kilgore; a step daughter, Chanda Fetters of Bella Vista, AR; a step son, Rodney Burkett of Lavaca, AR; two grandchildren, Ridge and River Burkett and his mother and father in law, Sandie and Willie Wikman of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
