Obituary for Doyle F. Landrum


Doyle F. Landrum, 80, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 in a local hospital. He was a farmer, member of Church of God of Prophesy and a United States Air Force veteran serving in the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was born October 16, 1936 in Sunbright, Tennessee to the late Ance and Nannie (Norman) Landrum. He is also preceded in death by a son, Van Allen Landrum; a sister, Carolyn Landrum; and a brother, Ronnie Landrum.

Funeral service will be at 1 PM Tuesday graveside at New Cemetery in Mulberry with Military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Alma.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Landrum; three daughters, Rita Landrum of Arkansas, Debbie Jones of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Donna Landrum of Claremore, Oklahoma; one son, Bobby Landrum of Keifer, Oklahoma; five sisters, Minnie Lee Charlie, Margaret Thurber and Suzie Blackburn, all of Oklahoma, Kathleen Fancher of Arkansas and Annie Crawford of Georgia; one brother, Bill Landrum of Tennessee; eight grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Markus Shea, Donna Landrum, Edward Jones, Bobby Landrum, Pam Risinger and Marty Morrison.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Monday, July 31, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Ocker Funeral Home Chapel in Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, Arkansas
