Gary D. Kelly, 68, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away on July 27, 2017 in a local hospital. He was a retired supervisor at QualServ Inc. He was preceded in death by his first wife Carol Kelly and was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with a private burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Beverly of the home; two daughters, Patty Stafford and Lorie Horn both of Fort Smith, AR; three sisters, Donna Harrington of Lacy, WA, Pam Jones of Stigler, OK and Mary Abbott of Newalla, OK; one brother, Jimmy Kelly of Blanchard, OK; five grandchildren; Amanda Taylor, Jessica
Albert, Joshua Calhoun, Cheyenne Vaughn and Lacey Horn; three great-grandchildren, Samson, Aiden and Tristen.
