Billie Colvard, 92, of Lavaca, AR formerly of Fort Smith passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in her home. She was born April 17, 1925 to Edward and Jewel (Counce) Peck in Weedin, AL. She was retired from the bindery department at Yoes Printing. Billie was a member of the North 50th Street Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Lloyd Bruce Langham and William Colvard and one daughter, Sherrye Langham.
She is survived by one daughter, BruCinda McKee and her husband Robert of Lavaca, AR; one son, Michael Bruce Langham and his wife Rachel of Barling, AR; five grandchildren, Brandi McRorey and her husband Jacob, Ashley Moore and her fiancé Anthony Fry, Emily and Caroline Langham and Sean Langham and his wife Tessa; four great-grandchildren Jace and Journie, Aurora and Phoenix.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Leland Langham, Carl Johnson, Darroyel Biggerstaff, Dennis Brownfield, Gary Colley and Mike Evans. Honorary pallbearer will be Jim Evans
Mrs. Colvard may be viewed from 8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home and until service time on Tuesday
