Thelma Lucille Renfro, 77, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, a former Sam’s Club Employee in Fort Smith and a member of the Fairview Regular Baptist Church in Mulberry. She was born January 29, 1940 in Seminole, TX to the late W. T. and Amy (Coker) Roberts. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thel Renfro and a daughter, Vicki Overbey.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 5, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in New Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include one daughter, Amy Hale and husband David of Alma, AR; two sons, Darren Renfro of Grand Prairie, TX and Thel Renfro, Jr. of Arlington, TX; one brother, Jerry McAtee of South Carolina; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Danny Ray, Thel Renfro, III, Brandon Morse, Derek Overbey, Bryant Renfro, Chad McCabe, Devon Renfro and Brycen Renfro.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Theresa Field and John Harner.
