Condolences

Condolence From: Cyndi Segroves
Condolence: My deepest sympathies on the loss of Uncle JC. As others have remembered him fondly, so do I. I too remember summer trips to Arkansas to visit.

The perseverance of spirit when tornadoes had destroyed the area and the strength to rebuilt are the characteristics I remember strongly.

May you rest in peace.
Love always!

Condolence: I too remember Uncle JC very fondly. Being the baby of our generation I was always adored by my uncle very much. I remember going to the house to see him and aunt Faye. Just a few years ago I was so happy that we got to go visit him in Kansas City. Robert and I spent the day with him we laughed and had lunch. We went to the presidential library and had a great day just talking and him reminiscing about when we were kids and he looked so forward to our visits. So I am happy to say he enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him. Now, he will be spoiling my baby!

Aunt Faye and Mike and family I am surely sorry for your loss. As Broome's we have suffered greatly this year it seems God is ready to take the best!

Condolence: We are so sorry to hear of Uncle JC's passing. As my cousin Paula said, he was one of the truly good ones, adored by his nieces and nephews and their children.
I remember vacation trips to Arkansas when I was growing up, visiting with Uncle JC and our other relatives. He was always so good natured, and enjoyed teasing me endlessly.
I remember Uncle JC and Grandpa Broome taking Mike and me fishing one time, and Uncle JC saw a fish nearby in the water and thought he could reach in and grab it, and ended up falling in and getting wet. It was such fun! We always had so much fun with Uncle JC.
He will be sorely missed, and remembered with much love.
May God bless him, as He blessed us by putting Uncle JC in our lives.
With Love and Sympathy, Kim and Family

Condolence From: Paula Couch
Condolence: I must say Uncle JC was one of the truly good ones. Good son, brother, husband, father and uncle.

I know I can speak for all his nieces and nephews, that we all loved and adored him. But since I was the first born niece, I can honestly say I loved him the longest..... Sorry guys. I got a lot of attention from both my uncles as a young girl and have many fond memories of those times, and all the times we were able to visit through the years.

I am so sorry for your loss, but he'll remain in our hearts and memories for always.

Our Love to All.

Paula

Condolence From: Sgt Bob
Condolence: To the Broomes (and all family),

This is Erin, Paula's youngest daughter. I remember Uncle JC, despite the fact that the last time I had seen him was when I wasnt even 7 years old.

He had nicknames for me and my sister Dawn (Bill) and he called me Sgt Bob.

What stands out in my mind's eye, is his laugh and his smile. I can't really tell you why, but those are my memories of him, so we must've been joking and having a good time.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I wanted to extend my condolences to everyone, but also wanted to let you know that despite the limited time spent with him, he is remembered by generations.

RIP Uncle JC
