Kathy Michelle Peregrino, 56, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born on February 26, 1961 in Newport News, Virginia to Harold and Mary (Stallard) Bradshaw. Kathy was a Registered Nurse at both Summit Hospital and at Mercy. She was of the Catholic faith.
A memorial service will be at 1:00PM, Friday, May 5, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She is survived by her two daughters, Elsa Peregrino and Angelique Rivera both of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Jeffery Peregrino and his wife Chasity of Fort Smith, AR; a sister, Teresa Nunez and her husband Julio of Panama, OK; five grandchildren, Alexis, Mercedes and Alicia Peregrino and Natalie and Anthony Rivera and her best friend, Marie Galvan of Pocola, OK.
The family will visit with friends following the service at the funeral home.
