Obituary for Pauline Edith Smith (Mitts)

Pauline Edith Smith, 71, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in a local hospital. She was a member of Graphic New Hope Baptist Church in Alma and a construction worker. She was born March 25, 1945 in Sundance, WY to the late Frank and Bessie (Arnold) Mitts. She was also preceded in death by a son, Dale Lee Smith; two sisters, Jessie Vanzee and Rosa Mae Carnell and two brothers, Frank and Kenneth Mitts.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Cain Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Smith of the home; four daughters, Bobbie Hammock (Linnie) of Liberal, KS, Shirley Duran (Carlos) of Azusa, CA, Cindy Mohr (Kevin) of Waldron, AR and Janice Dutton (Calvin) of Alma, AR; three sisters, Louise Griffin of Sundance, WY, Aetha Hall (Stan) of Cheyenne, WY and Helen Gayle Snell of Big Pine, CA; two brothers, Charles Mitts of Sundayce, WY, Butch Mitts (Linda) of Sundance, WY; 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jessie Hammock, Dino Dutton, Kevin Mohr, Bradley Smith, T. J. Schmidt and Dylon Dutton.
